To establish a successful bikeshare model for Honolulu
A bikeshare program like Biki reduces vehicle miles traveled (VMT) and displaces the amount of gasoline used by Oahu commuters.
Our Partner
In June 2017, Bikeshare Hawaii launched Biki as Honolulu’s bikeshare system with 1,300 bikes and 130 conveniently located self-service “Biki Stops” from Downtown Honolulu and Waikiki. Bikeshare Hawaii’s mission is to provide the public with high quality, convenient, reliable, and affordable bikeshare services that enhance community health and livability, strengthen our public transportation system, and connect people to more places where they live, work and play.
