FHWA: Honolulu Supports Pedestrian Mobility and Local Businesses with Parklet Program

The winter 2022 edition of the Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) Fostering Multimodal Connectivity Newsletter, Honolulu Complete Streets administrator Renee Espiau and Complete Streets Transportation program specialist Justin Menina share how the City and County of Honolulu Department of Transportation Services’ Parklet Program is helping to site and permit parklets on City-owned streets.
